Where do you ship?
We ship Australia-wide. All orders are dispatched from our warehouse within 1-2 business days.

How long will my order take to arrive?
All orders are sent via Sendle, with an estimated delivery timeframe of 2 to 5 business days for Standard Shipping and 1-3 business days for Express Shipping

How much is shipping?
Standard Shipping - $12
Express Shipping - $15

Can I track my order?
Yes. Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a tracking link via email.

My parcel hasn’t arrived—what should I do?
Start by checking the tracking link. If it’s delayed or stalled, contact our support team and we’ll help locate it.

Do you accept returns?
Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened or used products. If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days for a replacement or refund.

What if my product arrives damaged?
Email us with a photo of the damage and your order number and we will sort it out within 48 hours.

Are your body oils natural?
Yes, our oils are made with high-quality, skin-safe ingredients.
They are free from parabens, sulfates, mineral oils and harsh chemicals.

Are your products safe for sensitive skin?
Our formulas are designed to be gentle. However, we always recommend a patch test before first use, especially for sensitive skin.

What are the benefits of using a body brush?
Dry body brushing can help exfoliate dead skin, increase circulation, support lymphatic drainage, and improve skin texture.

When should I use body oils?
For best results, apply body oils after a shower on slightly damp skin to lock in moisture.

Can I use the body brush with body oil?
Dry brushing should be done on dry skin before showering. Oils are best applied after showering. If you prefer an “oil brushing” method, use a small amount of oil with a gentle brush only.

Can I change or cancel my order?
